Founder of Weddings by Demi, wedding planner, proud mum, Cockapoo mum and a July 2026 bride.
As someone who has planned their own wedding, I understand first-hand the excitement, emotions and occasional overwhelm that can come with organising such an important day.
That’s one of the reasons I am so passionate about helping other couples enjoy the journey and create a wedding that truly reflects them.

When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll usually find me spending time with my beautiful little family, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily of what matters most.
I’m also a proud Cockapoo mum and love spending time outdoors with my family whenever possible.
Family has always been incredibly important to me, and it’s something that influences the way I approach every wedding. I understand that weddings are about far more than timelines and checklists — they’re about bringing together the people you love most to celebrate one of life’s biggest milestones.
Why I Started Weddings by Demi
I’ve always had a passion for organisation, planning and helping others.
Over time, I realised that what I loved most was creating memorable experiences and helping people enjoy special moments without the stress that often comes with planning them.
That passion led me to create Weddings by Demi.
My aim is to provide couples with personalised support, professional guidance and someone they can genuinely trust throughout their wedding journey.
Whether you need a little guidance or comprehensive support, I am committed to helping make your wedding experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
No two couples are the same, and no two weddings should be either.
I take the time to get to know each couple, understand what matters most to them and tailor my support around their individual vision.
I pride myself on being approachable, organised and detail-focused, ensuring every aspect of your wedding is carefully considered and professionally managed.
My role is not to take over your wedding plans. My role is to support you, guide you and help bring your vision to life.
