What’s the difference between a Venue Coordinator and an On-The-Day Coordinator?
A Venue Coordinator works for the venue and is responsible for managing venue-related operations, such as catering, room setup and venue logistics.
As your On-The-Day Coordinator, I work exclusively for you. My role is to coordinate your suppliers, manage your timeline, handle any unexpected issues and ensure your plans are carried out exactly as you envisioned.
But together, we work as a team to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
Do you travel outside the East Midlands?
Absolutely. While I am based in the East Midlands, I am available for weddings throughout the UK.
Can packages be customised?
Yes. Every wedding is unique, and all packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.
Do you work with suppliers we have already booked?
Of course. I am happy to work alongside suppliers chosen by my couples and can also recommend trusted professionals if required.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better, particularly for peak wedding season dates. However, I am always happy to discuss availability.
